1. Create a new Infinix ID account on the device.
2. Sign in with the newly created account.
3. Perform a *Factory Reset* from *Settings*
4. Complete the setup process normally.

✅ This will ensure the device works properly after unlock.

Send this to all customers. Inform them that once they activate [the service/product], they must use this method.
